Fortunately, we had the capacity and your 2350 × 13 mm, 3 TPI carbon blade was a straightforward one to manufacture while you waited. We don’t normally offer a walk-in service—orders are generally placed online and dispatched overnight—but sometimes it’s nice to be able to help someone out. We really appreciate the excellent review.

I made a special request for a scallop edge bandknife to cut cellulose cloth and foam – and I’m pleased to say it works extremely well with a beautiful clean cut. It couldn’t be more easy! and that’s cutting foam too. Thanks Allan. Great service, quick delivery and a fantastic product. Highly recommend.

Ordered 1 blade to ensure I had the correct size. Unbeknown to me I had entered the wrong postal rural address which left this company short changed. However, Allan still sent the blade so very appreciative. So good to support and have these smaller businesses working in NZ. Very quick dispatch

Response was almost instant to my enquiry, followed up with product codes on items I needed and best way to order for short delivery turnaround.
