The service advisor is responsible for a pivotal role having front line contact with a diverse client base.
Paramount in the qualities required for this position is a positive attitude bracketed with a strong customer service ethic.
If, to these qualities a candidate has experience within the automotive industry that extends to a mechanical qualification, or knowledge, it is probable that they will be well suited to the position.
