Our large client is well respected and success here will advance your career while offering security, stability and career growth. This is a very challenging role requiring current Heavy Transport Trade qualifications and experience.
The right fit is proving elusive.
You will have “energy to burn” and determination to see the daily tasks though to successful completion. The market sector that my client operates in is demanding and time sensitive.
Your key attribute will be your ability to motivate and direct a team in an inspiring manner to deliver superior service and results, while supporting and advancing their knowledge for the more challenging tasks.
To be considered you will need:
- Heavy Diesel Trade Qualifications or Equivalent
- People relationship skills to guide the team positively.
- A patient and coaching nature that delivers top productivity
- The ability to prioritise and schedule to meet client demands
- Time and self management skills
- The skills to see solutions not problems
- Experience dealing with customers “face to face” sometimes in difficult or frustrating situations.
